went for class bbq ytd. or rather it is a HLM bbq cos jingxiu from grp 1 came too. well, out of the whole grp 1, onli 1 turn up. we did say tt they are welcome.. but.. aiya.. dunno lah. anyway.. everything turn out fine until 4 of them didn't turn up as they were supposed. if i'm not wrong, daijin didn't come cos she say she stay too far le. but we change the date to accommodate her cos at first she say she got san da practice on wed.. didn't wan her to miss her practice mah.. den end up she didnt come -_- as for the other 3.. they seems to be MIA.
becos of the 4 of them.. a gotta collect extra money from them. as we all knoe.. the more ppl who go for the bbq the lesser we have to pay. so since 4 of them didn't turn up LAST MINUTE.. we gotta pay more money le lor. rite rite rite..???
so i went hme and calculate. if they weren't MIA, the price is juz nice.. i juz have to fork out $1.55 more den everything settle. but now i'm short of $20. can't expect mi to pay $25 whereas u guys onli pay $5 mah. it's a big diff ok.
BUT! 1 of them refused to pay.. juz a additional $2 leh. say eat very little den still gotta go buy drinks. well.. there's food on the table when i was packin the table.. i even threw away some of it.. rite st..? so u were the one who choose to eat so little [which i dun think it is very little]. gotta go buy drink..? of cos u shl. we already stated wat time the bbq starts & end.. and wat time did u come..? think abt it. how can the 6 of us save the drinks for u when we were under the scorching sun for hrs.. wan us to die of heat stroke..?
den u say tt it's unfair cos some of us brought the stuff hme.. did i charge them more? ok.. like u have said.. "some of us" brought the stuffs hme onli. how come they didn't say anything abt unfairness..? and even if i add up all the $7 which u guys gonna pay.. i'm still short of $5.55. by right i shl get $7.70 from each of u de lor. so now i'm paying $12.55 whereas u onli need to pay $7.. still not happy ar? as for the others, yl took from $0.75 firestarter, kathi took $1 cracker, esther took hme $1.15 serviette & sataystick. everything less than $2 onli leh!
i know wat u r trying to say.. becos u eat very little and didn't bring anything hme.. u dun feel like paying the extra $2.. becos u feel tt it's unfair to u? like i have told u.. if u r the only one who didn't pay, dun u think it's unfair to the rest of us who are paying? wy, st, jeremy & seph oso didnt bring anything hme. since u wanna tok abt fairness.. do u think it's fair when we gotta carry all the heavy stuff, walk quite a distance, start fire under scorching sun while blocking the wind coming from all directions and prepare the food while making the effort to chase the flies away... whereas u can start eating the moment u came.. is tis wat u mean fairness..?
well.. i'm not scolding anybody here. i know u guys will sure be unhappy. who won't be unhappy when he/she gotta pay extra money rite.. but seriously i juz wan u guys to understand. i have all the receipts wif mi.. if u guys wan it i can give it to u guys to calculate. still think it's unfair..? all of us can meet up and divide the stuffs tt we brought hme to everyone who went for the bbq. i'm totally alright wif it. but pls be prepare tt u guys may onli get 2/3 otahs or 1/2 firestarters, a few sataysticks & a few pieces of potato chips *smile*
i dunno if u will read my blog.. i really dun wan tis to ruin out friendship.
thinking of fairness.. i think i'm quite a fair person. can say buay bah if u wan to.. i dun care. i hate to be said as unfair. last time when i was a band member. when we were training hard for SYF, to have give a better impression to the judges, i always wanted my section to hold their trombone 90 degree though it's very heavy, sit up straight and feets flat on the floor while playing their instrument. [ by right, tis shl be the correct playing position but last time always 'eat snake' =p] it's not easy at first cos it's pretty tiring.. always get backache & muscle ache after the practices. but being the smallest in the section, i didn't give any reason to excuse myself from doin it. somemore as a section leader & committee.. i can easily excuse myself by using my authority.. but i still insist on training it wif them cos i didn't wan to be accused of being unfair or abusing my authority.
was pretty sad & angry abt tis incident lor.. haiz.. wat more can i say.. it's up to u guys to believe.
and I miss you already
