Jt band anniversary dinner - Final Countdown ended on sunday 31/12/06. the stay in the hotel was not bad lah except that the room is kinda small. first night nothing much.. just some preparation like gifts wrapping, tying of door gifts & stuffs. 2nd night went to bugis with sf to look for accessories while mel & xy did their manicure. den mel went back early for her rehersal while we continue to shop. last day.. woke up earlier in the morning.. nothing to do nothing to watch also. so ended up watching 小丁当 cartoon lol.. i didn't even know there is until ms chua's sis told me. ok.. gotta fast forward a little.. after preparing the stuffs at the reception table.. chiong up to our room. actually wanna get ready for the event but i didn't cos it seems kinda early. by the time we started dolling up & etc.. omg.. not enough time! mr chan even came up personally to ask us to go down quickly cos some of the guests reached. aren't singaporean famous to be late for big events..? so in the end.. i didn't do my nails =\
it's nice seeing the seniors & juniors after such a long time. was pretty busy at first cos jenn wasn't feeling well, wf & sf weren't ready so only left with xy & me doing the reception stuffs. luckily ms chuas and lesden came to help.
the dinner started around 8pm+. the food was not too bad. den piccies taking time. lucky draw.. mel & lesden performance.. video.. den the countdown! everyone were so high during the countdown.. sang our school song & jtband cheer.. woot! after that, the dance floor was open to us. dance a little but my feet was aching due to the strap of my heels. ouch!
after taking the committee photos.. went up to the room & alcohol time. sf, xy, wg, li, kg, mel & i played 'heart-attack' and drank heineken & vodka i think.. can't remember what they bought. everybody screamed during the 'heart-attack'.. damn funny! then we switched to play 'true-or-dare'. what we said & what happened after that i don't wish to comment.. heh.. by the time.. it's already 4+.. thought i'll just tahan for an hour or more then i'll take the first bus home cos since there isn't any place to sleep & i gotta reach home early.. so might as well go home sleep rite.. but i still fall asleep on a small corner of the bed =p
woke up at 6+.. shivering.. it's freezing cold~~ had a pretty bad sore throat.. can hardly hear myself when i speak.. muz be due to all the shouting & screaming. somemore my throat wasn't feeling too good since the 2nd day. my leg is damn aching like hell which i don't know why.. so wobby.. it's as if i just went to the gym. took bus 7 & went home. was feeling damn blur & sleepy on the bus.. walking zombie.. maybe because of the alcohol? but at least i was awake throughout the journey.
alright.. the dinner was a success. all our hardwork in the magazine, puzzle, signage, video, singing performance & live band performance weren't wasted. weee..
yesterday was a day out with my gals..! yay! finally.. went to bugis to shop with my mom and thought of meeting the gals there later. den jenn suddenly wanna go marina bay eat.. ok.. went there to meet the gals and off we went to zhen fa huo hai xian. to be honest.. it's my first time there lol waited quite long for the bus cos we waited for the wrong bus -_-" haha den makan time..! nice food.. but can't expect it to be real clean eating at that kind of place lah. piccies time! will upload soon.. heh heh.. took bus.. den mrt back to clementi. piccies time in the cabin again.
so nice hanging out with them..! but it's like only.. once or twice a year.. -_- hope to see them real soon.. take care my gals!!
