YAY! it's been a long long time since i went to sentosa.. i guess there's 3 years already.. hmm.. i wonder if i'm consider a singaporean cos sentosa is so near and yet i didn't go there for so loooong.
ok.. supposed to meet saiful at 1pm after he listened to the IAP presentation. so meet up with the gals earlier to go there see see walk walk first. took the express monorail from vivo. woo! fun! cos it's my first time taking that LRT-like thingy.
first.. we took the beach tram to palawan beach then back to the imbiah station and took another beach tram to the underwater world. actually we wanted to go in.. but the ticket is damn ex.. so we just took some pictures of the giant turtles outside and took the tram back. wanted to have a walk at the siloso beach but yl just got a very bad tan so it's better that she keep away from the sun cos it's about 12 in the afternoon.
feeling a little hungry.. we thought of going to eat burgerking at the ferry terminal. so we took the blue line bus there. the bus journey is kinda long.. never thought that sentosa is so big if we hadn't take the bus cos it's merely like a tiny island. upon reaching there.. we were all shocked! there weren't a single human. ok.. let me phrase it this way.. the place is so deserted! not a single shop is open of cos.. that includes burgerking! argh~ my lunch...
still, we went to take pictures of the water fountains there and saw saiful and pally. ha.. luckily we didn't leave the place. after that went for the flower show.
well.. it's freaking hot there!!! but the flower displays are pretty nice lah.. just that some of the flowers are dying. took lots of pictures and i'm the camera girl for saiful cos his camera no batt -_-" wanted to buy new batt but couldn't find any.. and that fella keep asking me to take pictures of the flowers especially those that he like -_- ok lah.. though it's my camera.. help him loh cos maybe he needs them for some research or something.
saw a a few classmates there as well.. angela, kh, kl, jx, jeremy. overall, NICE!
decided to go eat lunch after the walk. thought of going to the palawan beach there to eat.. but lastly decided to go back to vivo instead. wanted to took the express monorail back to vivo.. but saiful drove his car to sentosa.. so we gotta go back to take his car which was parked at the ferry terminal! once again.. we gotta take the bus to the oh-so-far ferry terminal.
walked quite some distance to his car.. and! his car is scorching hot lah! cos he parked somewhere which has no shade AT ALL. we were so reluctanly to get on his car and kept yelling him to turn on the air-con to the max but it's still not much difference. still, we sat on the burning seats and off we go to vivo!
it was fun when we were looking for parking lots in the basement carpark. so exciting cos only the fastest gets to have the parking lot. so we were screaming for saiful whenever we saw a parking lot. imagine 4 gals screaming in a mini car.. ha.. i bet saiful must be praying that his daughter won't be like us in the future. ohoh! while we were walking in to vivo.. wy & i nearly walk into a glass wall cos we thought that's a automatic glass door.. hahahaha.. guess we were really starved cos by that time it's around 2pm++.. nearly 3pm!!!
ate at Banquet and chatted with saiful after that. he told us a lot of 'inside story'.. but at the same time, he wants us to keep as secrets from the other lecturers.. ha.. funny guy. but it's nice chatting with him lah cos he's more like a friend to us rather than a lecturer. we can tease him.. or call him by his name he still wouldn't mind. of cos we tried not to cos he is still our lecturer.. but sometimes it kinda hard cos we seldom call our friends "mr... , ms..." rite..
after that.. went to shop with esther & wy. pally went home, yl off to meet his beau and saiful back to np to mark our papers.
shop a little at vivo & harbourfront and we went back cos we were quite tired.
