it's raining cats and dogs outside but still, i dragged myself out of my cosy bed to do projects.
went bugis with st & wy on wed to look for materials and printing service at bras brasa complex. asked almost all the printing shops but there isn't a single shop who has the planner-making-cum-printing service *!!!* ok.. forget it.. we've decided to make one ourselves. shopped at the Popular there and it's like so damn BIG lah.. it's 5 storey high! i guess it's most probably the biggest Popular store in Singapore.
after the hunting at bras brasa.. it's shopping time! well.. i didn't buy a single things except for my mp4 cable. can't believe it! it's GSS and yet i didn't buy anything.. tsk.. wasted. the shop that sells demin skirt is gone! sad lar.. the skirt that i bought from there is so comfortable and fitting.. hur..
met 2 nice and humourous sales person today but i'm not blogging it here cos i'm lazy to type. i'll definitely remember that 2 shops - one at bugis street and one at sim lim square.
something stupid happened. when we were on our way to sim lim, we came across a sign board ads saying the different service provided at a printing shop located inside bencoolen shopping centre. so we check out the unit of the shop and enter the shopping centre as stated on the sign board. once we are in.. we turned our heads up right and started looking for the right unit. but it's way too far from the printing shop.. so we kept walking.. walking and walking.. until we walked almost the whole of the level.. following the shops unit.. we realised that we actually walked all the way back to where we just entered -_-" the printing shop is just on the left when we entered earlier on. LOL!
it's kinda late by then so we chiong all the way to our bus stop and while we make our way in the crowds.. i spotted this pair of shoe that i like! but i didn't stop and try cos i don't want to delay the gal's time. but! i'll definitely go and get it some day *nod nod*
yesterday went back school for PPP talk. was fascinated at the things we can do and the money we can earn with my diploma. was glad that the nparks are discussing the opening of botany degree in ntu. well.. i'm not sure if i'm qualifed for a degree but at least having a degree course in Singapore increases my chances of going to a U cos i don't think my mom would be ease with me going overseas for my degree.. she's the traditional kind of mom. but what confuses me is that sometimes she would suddenly pop up something like "if next time you going overseas.. you'll have to get ready........." this kind of things.. weird lah..
ok after the 2hours talk.. ate with yl & st and went to do my FYP. awhile later, yl & st joined me, dj & jd. must really thank the 2 gals for coming to help out.. really a BIG THANK YOU! cos it's not their project but still, they are willing to spend their time under the hot sun, straining their muscles and having the risk of getting kissed by mozzies. spent 4hours there and seriously, we did lots of stuffs. having them around really adds lots of fun doing the FYP. after the tedious work, suddenly i felt the load on me really lightened. thanks gals! after that, left LSCT garden and headed to sim for a drink. actually thought of leaving once we finish our drinks.. but we actually sat there for about an hour chatting. haha.. 4 gals can really chat a lot.
though it was tiring at the end of the day.. it was a happy day for me and the sense of fulfillment is there =)
